If you request an installer to come to your location, there may be costs that include uninstalling and reinstalling and transportation from and to our store if needed, if under warranty please know these costs may waved only if issue is caused by workmanship, original installation, or defects. If there are any cost involved, we will contact you to provide estimate. WHAT IS COVERED? • Palace Interior Design Inc. window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate. • All internal mechanisms. • Components and brackets. • Fabric delamination. • Operational cords • Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? • Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear. • Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product or physical damage. • Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time. • Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning, or maintenance. • Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation. If not to under warranty, then we may be able to provide you with repair. There will be costs associated with the repair. Note: In no event shall Palace Interior Design Inc. be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other indirect damage, loss, cost, or expense. We'll contact you when we are on our way. Submit
